Much of Dr. Faith’s training and experience has been focused on delivering therapeutic programs to adults struggling with a variety of mental wellness concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, life transitions, and stress management.
Juan’s professional journey in psychology started during his studies at the University of Florida. There he found a passion for education and human development. This interest led him to tutor and mentor youth in at-risk settings. Later he became an instructor of Educational Psychology at the University of Florida. His intentions in providing education were to help students learn about themselves while also developing an understanding of important psychological concepts.

Tiffany Howard has been working for Betterhelp since 2014 and with Talkspace since 2017 providing supportive services to adults (and pending with adolescents on Betterhelp) struggling with mental health and addiction issues. Her passion has been to promote mental wellness by working not only in the field but in an academic setting as an assistant director and professor in a doctoral program training future healthcare leaders in behavioral health.
Nicole J. Johnson has been providing therapeutic services in a variety of settings for over 15 years, through private and government practice. Her work spans providing clinical services to clients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Medical Illness and Injury Counseling, Military/Civilian Sexual Trauma, Veteran and Caregiver Related Stressors.
Deborah Horton has been an editor and writer for over 20 years covering a wide variety of subjects from sports, relationships, life coaching, and mental health counseling. The focus of treatment was utilizing a team approach in reuniting troubled teens that come from families that have been separated through child protective services. Her role was to provide support for the families, provide mental health services to the teens, and reunite the family along with preventive services in the community.

Melissa Guarnaccia has been a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist since 2009. She has spent the past nine years providing outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families in both a hospital/clinical setting, as well as through her private practice.
Post master's degree Heather Cashell worked in the mental health field, providing intervention and support to individuals, families, and adolescents receiving services through a Comprehensive School and Community Treatment Program.
