Hello, my name is Yvonne M. Russ, MA, LPC, and CMAC. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia. I have worked in the field of counseling for at least twenty years. and my expertise is working with individuals and families with; mental health disorders, domestic violence, parental and relationship issues, and addictions
I am constantly evolving and believe that each individual is unique, providing an opportunity for various therapeutic approaches. I am a strong advocate of establishing a therapeutic alliance that encourages and empowers each individual to commit to the process of change.

Yvonne is very assertive and has great level of knowledge and advice in spousal relationships.
Yvonne has been my therapist during a difficult time of my life and was able to guide me and show me how to bring the best version of myself to my relationship. She is a great listener, provides timely and actionable feedback and goes above and beyond in every way (educating me on different frameworks to use, etc.). I would rate Yvonne’s performance as a relationship therapist with a 10/10!
So far Yvonne Russ has been amazing and accommodating to our needs of communication and style. Due to my husband being active duty in the military, he isn't always home. Yvonne is very honest, but does not judge and tells you to keep your head up when you feel low.
Miss Yvonne was amazing and she truly takes her time to actually dig deep to see. Where the problem is. And what we can do to resolve to get it fixed together. I love how real she and how we need to personally resolve the issue together. She has one for the books she’s very professional, and she give you tasks to work on together. Yvonne is exceptionally empathetic and knowledgeable. I feel like she cares and has the gift of relating and educating us on relationship dynamics in a way where it feels easy to be receptive. She is also incredibly accommodating. When she found out I got laid off from my job, she made sure to give me the space to share my feelings. Her kindness and professionalism is seen in how she operates and I think it adds another layer of what makes her such a wonderful therapist.
Yvonne Russ is a great active listener and skilled counselor. She provided my fiance and I high quality couple's counseling at ReGain. She listened carefully to both of us, provided a safe space for us to speak/listen, and provided helpful insights for us to better understand each other and work through our issues.
