Being in a relationship can be the best mirror for us to find out about ourselves. But oftentimes that means some of the worst parts of us are revealed and we might not always know what to do about it except take it out on the ones we love. It can cause communication issues, intimacy issues, contempt, frustration, distance, and separation, when all people really want is love, acceptance, support, and a safe place to grow older, wiser, and to share the best adventures in life with. People forget after awhile that relationships take discipline like water and sunshine to a plant. It takes constant attention, and willingness to give our best to it. Relationships aren't 50/50...it's 100/100. Yumi is wonderful to work with. Very understanding, and both my wife and I are benefiting tremendously from her counseling.

I think this is better than in person counseling in some ways because when I have something that is bothering me I can release it by typing a message about it and then my wife and Yumi can respond. I don't have to keep it bottled up until the next meeting with a counselor.

If anyone is considering using Regain I would highly recommend they do it.

I came to Yumi Couper at a time where I was very confused about my feelings and rocking back and forth emotionally. She helped provide clarity to my situation which helped me calm down and understand myself and my relationship better. Yumi has helped me more then I can say here. She helped me to realise how I can deal with my emotions in a healthy constructive way. What I need her to now learn is magic love potions, spells , and even hypnosis so it can be used for good of course and my gf can stop being so stubborn and be back in love.
Yumi is a good person, really helps and I recommend her to anyone who's having troubled times in life.
