Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Adewale (Wale) Adegbenle. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Wale does not take sides to make one spouse feel wrong or right but instead paints a picture that allows both of you to see each other’s points. Being able to share both partners sides and allow time to actually listen and understand helps in different ways versus turning the conversation into a full blown debate on who’s right or wrong.
Adelewale has been incredible in helping my girlfriend and I through couples therapy. He creates a safe space where we both feel heard, and his guidance has given us the tools to communicate better, rebuild trust, and strengthen our relationship. I highly recommend him to any couple looking to grow and heal together.
Wale is easy to talk to and has range of options for improving one’s self.
Amazing
He is a really patient person who notices issues and is quick to try to solve it. He allows freedom for growth and reflection by ourselves. Highly recommend
Wale has provided myself and, as or more importantly, my husband— a way of opening up communication in our marriage, through his key questions during therapy and easygoing, unrushed manner. The “homework” he’s given us has offered much perspective for us both. What I also learned is that there’s still much work to do in this endeavor, so I’m grateful for Wale for being our therapist.
Therapist is excellent.
Wale has truly been a blessing during a difficult time. His authentic approach made my husband and I feel very comfortable immediately which was very important as we shared and explored extremely private aspects of our life with him. He has made it a priority to do weekly check-ins between sessions and has also been very accommodating with our schedules. Through our interacts it is quite evident that he truly values the work that he does!!
