MY THOUGHTS HE SEES BOTH SIDES AND HEARS YOU OUT THEN PLAYS IT BACK TOO YOU HES VERIFING ON WHAT YOU HAVE SAID THEN PROCEESS THE INFORMATION THEN HE BEGINS TO TELL YOU HOW HE FEELS ON YOUR THOUGHTS TOWARDS TGE OTHER PERSON WHICH ALLOWS YOU TOO HEAR WHAT THE OTHER PERSON MAY FEEL.
WHICH I THINK IS COOL THEN GIVES YOU HIS TAKE ON IDENTIFYING A SOLUTION .I WAS COMPLETELY HESITANT ON DOING CONSOULING BUT THESE SESSIONS HAVE GIVEN ME TO BECOME MORE WILLING TO OPEN UP AND EXPRESS MY THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS. SO MR WAITUS CARTER IS GREATLY APPRECIATED .
