I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia. I have worked with a variety of individuals, ranging from children to adults, experiencing depression, anger, and anxiety, to name a few. My counseling style is to come alongside you and, through collaboration, accomplish your goals. My counseling approach incorporates the mind, body, and soul which utilizes an array of therapeutic techniques and theories.
