About Me

Hello. It takes a significant amount of courage to ask for help. Whatever life transitions you are going through, I am here to help you.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida (LMHC). I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2014. I am presently pursuing my Ph.D. in General Psychology. I am the proud wife of a Navy Chief, and together we have five daughters.

My passion lies in the development of reintegration of positive and healthy lifestyles for individuals. I have worked in the mental health field for the past six years. I specialize in providing individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, and family therapy. My fresh approach to counseling is kind, nonjudgmental, and down to earth. I use creative clinical skills (Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and an innovative drive to give you the tools you need to redefine your future.

I look forward to walking beside you during this journey.
