About me
I am licensed in Georgia with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I also have experience working with depression. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other.
My approach to therapy focuses on successful communication and collaboration. Throughout life and relationships, you will experience different thoughts and feelings that will be different based on the situation. However, it is my responsibility to create a conversation space that is welcoming, non-judgmental, and promotes honesty. With these attributes in place and consistently at work, the process of you identifying and expressing your most genuine thoughts and feelings is more simple and clear. Additionally, our discussions will help identify goals, challenge the bounds of your success criteria, reveal strategies for implementing your plans, and help maintain progress with effective self-assessments.
