About me
I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 35 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & intimacy related issues. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. I enjoy working with couples and families to explore and resolve family dynamics, parenting and relationship issues that disrupt connections needed for unity and stability. The goal is to help clients learn and utilize tools to maintain healthy, strong relationships, long after therapy is concluded. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Tracey York. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Tracey has been a critical piece in helping me regain my confidence and sense of personal valuable. I’d recommend her to anyone!
I am generally satisfied with the process and the progress
Tracey York is a fantastic listener. John. She hears both sides of a problem and offers sensible solutions to prevent the same thing from happening again. She does this in such a way that no one feels like they have been judged at fault for having issues. I think very highly of Tracey’s skill set. Jim
