I am a Individual and family Therapist licensed in the state of Florida with over 10 years experience working as a mental health Case Manger and Therapist. I have served client that struggled with past trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, withdrawn behaviors, failed relationship of all types, parenting issues, suicidal thoughts and a range of mood disorders.
My therapist style is helping others find themselves and grow mentally. Its my goal to grow individuals from the inside out, by allowing them learn and build the proper skills to understand their mental health while growing through healthy parts of themselves. My approach is motivated by the solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral, and rational- emotive therapy.
My ability to create an healthy medium between two individual during hard times has been what influenced my career as a Mental Health Therapist. Providing effective feedback to my clients, and allowing them to see the heathy parts of themselves is how the growth starts when healing an broken relationship. Having the ability to keep an relationship strong and healthy, starts with having the skills to communicate while ensuring both parties feel heard. Its my over 10 years experience that will teach you how to develop the skills to communication effectively.
My career as licensed Mental Health Therapist has been extremely fulfilling, as I have learned how to ensure the mental health of others are maintain and controlled by to growth within themselves. Its my pleasure continue my practice by working side by side with community providers to help the on going needs of mental health services.

We went to couple's therapy with Tomeccia for about 4-5 months, saw here almost every week. Our problems weren't extreme, but we still had pretty big communication issues. Finding the right fit can be scary when you’re looking for a therapist. Someone who makes you feel comfortable enough to confide in, someone that you trust will hear your side and the heaviness in your heart, but still be able to encourage you in the direction of your goal, your solution, your peace. Ms T is just that. She listens and hears the feelings between your words. She makes you feel validated while encouraging growth and helping to see the other sides. It may sound cliche but from the very first session with her I felt better. That has never happened in all my times of seeing therapist. She digs in and really gets to the source. I am looking forward to many more sessions with her, especially with my partner. This feeling is mutual and helping us grow closer and closer each time.
