Hello, Thanks for taking a minute to read this, nice to meet you! I am a licensed counselor and I live in Maine. I have over 35 years of experience working as a psychotherapist , social worker and mediator in California, Vermont, New Hampshire and now Maine.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines solution focused , brief therapy which is goal oriented. We will tailor our dialog and counseling time to meet your unique and specific needs.
I have had a broad range of couples and family counseling experiences which include court mediation , family loss and trauma recovery, prenuptial counseling, marriage and divorce. I admire for your courage in seeking to overcome your challenges at this time and I am here ready to start listening.
