My experiences in helping couples ranges from repairing trust after experiencing infidelity, significant life changes, improving communication, building skills, and strengthening emotional intimacy and connection. Many couples have an individuals who has experiences with trauma, substance use, anxiety, & depression. It's important to understand as a couple, you are a team and where one partner is struggling, it affects the ecology of the couple and family.
I became interested in counseling because I believe in the power of healing through engaging relationships and the importance of having feedback from someone else who is skillful to help support and guide one's path for a healthier, happier life. I incorporate these beliefs in my work with my individuals to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I an approach for each couple to help them better function as a we, rather than a me by seeking out the sources of conflict for better team working and increasing emotional safety. Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Tiffany Wilhelm. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Tiffany is exactly what my wife and I were looking for in a therapist.
Tiffany is great and very flexible. I really appreciate that she hears up both during marriage counseling and can stay neutral while giving us better way to work on our marriage. She has been excellent to work with knowing when to keep a topic going or when we need to shift focus to something else. I've also seen her personally and she's allowed me the space to work though my own problems without making me feel she was on either side.
Tiffany is amazing
Tiffany is very responsive with all communication. She gave us good insight without forcing either persons views or agenda and improved communication in the relationship.
Tiffany's got a gentle touch, yet a guiding hand to her style, and there is a good balance between how she gives feedback, and allows the space to voice the topics and needs to be gone over.
Tiffany has been incredibly thoughtful, caring, and helpful throughout the entire process. Her check-ins remind us this is a process and every day we have to put in a little work to get where we want to be.
