Often times in my years of experience dealing with couples, it seems that the saying “you always hurt the one you love” comes true. When that happens there is anger, frustration and blaming. Through counseling, improved communication, more effective listening and a willingness to change, could make that relationship once again loving and perhaps even stronger than before.
