Everyone has the ability to have joy and happiness, we just need to learn how! I help my clients by taking a positive approach to their lives and relationships. I understand the stressors that daily life can have on each individual and the way in which it reflects in their relationships. It is my goal to find a way out out of this circle and create a meaningful relationship based on communication and understanding. I have been working with couples for the past 15 years to bring meaning to each individual as well as peace within the family.
I specialize in working with families to create positive relationships. My goal is to assist couples strengthen their relationships in three primary areas: friendship, conflict management, and creation of shared meaning.
