About me
I have been working and providing therapeutic services for over 6 years. I started working in Mental Health at the entry level in high school. I graduated college and continued my passion working with people from all walks of life as a Protective Services Social Worker. These experiences lead me to obtain my MA in Counseling, and become a fully licensed LCMHC. As an outpatient therapist I have worked with many couples and families to address conflict, navigate communication barriers and improve interpersonal relationships to affect positive change in the unit. My approach is very client centered and I utilize many modalities including but not limited to : cognitive-behavioral psychodynamic, trauma focused, solution focused, humanistic, family systems and rational-emotive therapy. I make every effort to use an individuals love language to meet the individuals that I counsel where they are, and address specific needs to help them reach their peace and potential.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Taij Johnson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Our session with Taij is going well and I admire his listening skills. He is objective and is able to point out some of the gaps we cannot see! So far we are enjoying our sessions with him.
Helpful
Taij is a good therapist, he listens attentively and allows us both time to talk. He has helped improve the communication in our marriage by giving us strategies to manage conflict.
