In couples counseling, I believe that you are your own expert on your relationship. Through couples therapy, my goal is to help you identify as a unit and work through the challenges and obstacles that may be standing in the way of a gratifying relationship and living the life you both wish to lead. Your problems are not what define you as a couple, but may be the center focus to your conflicts lately. I am interested in helping you clearly express your strengths, hopes, and values, which may have become lost amidst current issues. I do my best to create a safe and supportive environment which includes mutual respect, empathy, kindness, curiosity, and a dash of humor.
