About Me

For over 10 years I have worked with individuals, couples and families as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am understanding of life and the challenges it can bring to all of us. I believe the counseling environment needs to be comfortable and encouraging. I have spent my career helping others work through anxiety, depression, trauma, mood instability and relationship conflicts. Couples can face obstacles before them in every direction they turn. Demands on you can feel overwhelming, unfair and as if you are under siege sometimes. I am passionate about helping you move confidently together through issues stealing your peace, tranquility and bond with each other. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy and Solution Focused approach to customize your counseling experience.

I live in rural Arkansas with my husband. We enjoy spending as much time as possible with our children and our grandchildren.
Thank you for considering working with me and I look forward to getting started on positive changes with you!

We’re only a couples of weeks into counseling and Suzanne has put extra time into us considering our situation. This has been very beneficial and greatly appreciated! Her observations and recommendations have been very helpful in helping us work together and understand each other.
