Dr. Fleming is a fantastic therapist. She really helps to break down pieces of a conflict/or situation and help both sides see from each perspective. She is full of wisdom and tools and really cares about her patients. She's great as a mediator and devils advocate and really breaks things down step by step in a positive way. I really appreciate having met her and we are learning a lot and are using her insight to build a strong foundation. I highly recommend her.
