She is very easy to talk to! Seemed very understanding of both sides even on the first meeting.
Shu-Ching has really helped my husband and I communicate better, and relate to one another. She is professional and obviously knowledgeable, yet she is very relatable and easy to talk to and be honest with. We both have really appreciated her.
