My background is in couples, individual, and group therapy for adults who are struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, and self-confidence.
I view therapy as a collaborative process between myself and the client with the aim of nurturing an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
