About me

Hello, my name is Sharon and I am a Licensed Clinical and Macro Master Social Worker (LMSW) from the state of Michigan and currently reside in Southern California. I am also a Certified Anxiety Treatment Profession in Social Distancing. I have 16 years (and counting) of experience with working with family, children, teens, adults and couples.

I believe that growth comes through challenging experiences that ultimately forces us to learn how to move forward in life and to re-evaluate our self-worth. I have had my own personal struggles in life, medically and emotionally, and have learned to work at overcoming them. I am a very understanding person and know that we all need someone to talk to and to find comfort in without being judge, and that is the reason I would like to be that person for you.

I look forward with working with you!

Sharon is really good at making people feel comfortable and at ease. She has a warm disposition and it is easy to connect with her. She makes therapy feel like a good conversation with a trusted friend but offers professional advice and a wealth of knowledge!

Sharon is a wonderful therapist. She listens and engages with us. She gives advise and relates to us when applicable. She is never in a rush to end our session. We have received exercises and worksheets from her to help the relationship. I'm glad we finally met her after 2 failed therapists at the start.

We've only had 2 sessions with Sharon but so far I'm very happy. She's very supportive and listens and understand and is well balanced for couples. More to come!

Sharon was perfect. She was a neutral professional and she helped us gain a bit of perspective when we had lost sight of each others feelings. We move forward confidently together, after having doubts about our future. Simple things about our relationship were identified by this stranger, but they really made sense once brought to our attention.

Definitely utilise her skills if you want to feel refreshed and have an honest conversation about the changes that are possible as an individual or couple.
