About me
When I first began working as a therapist in 1990, I thought I would never want to work with couples because it seemed too messy. But then I began treating military dependents and after a while the sessions began to include the spouses and it was then that that I realized that I had a talent for working with couples.
I have found that each person comes to the relationship with their individual traumas, core beliefs, and expectations, and then they trigger each other or distance each other. By the time they come to me, they have not only their individual traumas, but have acquired relationship traumas. My goal is to work with all of the traumas doing desensitization and reprocessing to attain a clear energy between the two so that they can better function together.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sharie Kelley. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Therapy was something my husband and I both felt a little uncomfortable with. It’s awkward at first, to ask for help. Sharie has been patient and kind in getting to know us, and continues to make us feel comfortable talking to her. We really enjoy her calm spirit and her ability to listen and understand without judgement.
Sharie has a lot of experience with couples therapy, easy to talk to, i don't feel judged, i felt like she helped me and my husband a lot and i'm so grateful for her.
It was a great experience and I really appreciate the therapists willingness to listen closely and empathize and give ideas that I haven't heard before that I have started using so all in all I really appreciate each and every one of you
After just one session, my partner and I feel hopeful again.
I love that Sharie interacts and injects ideas with perspective into the conversation. She’s down to earth but will challenge you as a patient. Sharie is great to talk to.
She is open and doesn't really take sides and provides tools to manage feelings
Sharie is incredible! She is empathetic, professional, and very knowledgeable. She has introduced us to many new techniques and strategies to apply in both our individual and collective healing journey. Our relationship has already seen improvement in such a short time of working with her. We look forward to continuing to learn from her and deepen our relationship through her guidance. Sharie is the best!!
Sharie is just the perfect person for us. She listened with an open heart and led us closer together. We will definitely return to her when needed. Thank you Sharie!
