Shannon has been an excellent counselor, responsive, caring, easy to talk to, intuitive about our challenges and emotions, and helpful all around. I'm very grateful for her and the help she's given. She is a wonderful counselor.
Shannon has been extremely patient and understanding of mine and my partners struggles and goals. She has given us many tools and worksheets, and has been open to our own ideas as well. She is easy to talk to - warm and welcoming, and always puts a smile on our faces.
