About me
I’m Sarah, a UK-based, trauma-informed therapist with six years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s tender transitions. I help clients navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and menopause with clarity and compassion.
My approach is person-centred and integrative, blending CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and inner-child work. I offer specialised support for ADHD, autism, and sleep disruption linked to trauma and neurodivergence. I work with couples to rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen emotional intimacy.
I’m a registered member of BACP, a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, and an accredited practitioner with IPHM. Therapy is a brave step—and I’m here to walk beside you.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sarah Cree. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Sarah is friendly, approachable, caring and has a genuine interest in her clients. She messages outside of our sessions which makes you feel like she is always there.
