About me

Hi, I’m Sandy.
Relationships can be a powerful source of love and connection—but they can also feel overwhelming, especially during periods of transition, stress, or disconnection. If you and your partner are struggling to communicate, manage conflict, or reconnect emotionally, I’m here to help.

As a licensed counselor with experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I work with couples to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create practical strategies to move forward—together. Whether you’re navigating parenting stress, career demands, emotional distance, or unresolved conflict, I provide a supportive and neutral space for both of you to be heard and understood.

My approach emphasizes collaboration, clarity, and growth. I help couples recognize unhelpful patterns, identify the emotions beneath the surface, and practice healthier ways to express needs and support each other. I also guide partners in setting shared, S.M.A.R.T. goals—Specific, Measurable, Action-Oriented, Realistic, and Timely—to make meaningful changes and sustain progress over time.

Couples often come to therapy feeling stuck in the same arguments or unsure how to reconnect. I help partners interrupt these cycles, learn new communication tools, and build emotional safety. Whether you’re looking to repair and rebuild or simply strengthen an already solid foundation, I’m here to support your journey.

If you’re ready to work toward deeper connection, better communication, and a more fulfilling partnership, I’d love to support you both in that process.

I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for Sandy. She has been an absolute light in my life—helping me work through years of emotional weight and patterns I never even realized were holding me back. From our very first session, I felt seen, heard, and completely supported.

Sandy has a gift for making you feel safe and validated, but she also gently challenges you to grow in the ways you truly need. Her insight, compassion, and patience have changed my life more than I ever expected. I’ve made more progress in a few months with her than I did in years of trying on my own.

If you're looking for someone who is deeply intuitive, kind, and genuinely invested in your healing—Sandy is that person. I honestly adore her and can't recommend her enough.
