Welcome to Regain! I am Sandy and I am so glad you are here. Asking for help is hard and you have taken a great first step to enriching your life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked with many couples and families over the years. Sometimes a couple can get "stuck" and it takes someone outside the family to help the couple regain their balance. Sometimes an entire family is disrupted by the behavior of one member and everyone in the family is confused.
I want to help you sort out the problem. Let's talk about the concerns you have and let's focus on making life more joyful. I look forward to talking with you.
