Relationships with others are one of the central areas where people find meaning in life and conflict between humans with shared and different interests is unavoidable.
Using a family systems approach, I have helped couples uncover their implicit beliefs about the nature of relationships, how to express disagreement and successful compromise.
Without being a referee, by providing a dispassionate perspective, I look forward to helping you and your partner remember why you chose each other and what you look forward to experiencing together for the years to come.
I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Nebraska. Since 2005, I have provided therapeutic services to individuals, families and groups from age 1 to 89.
While some people believe that counseling and therapy are for people with problems, I have come to believe that these services are for people that have goals and I have worked with thousands of people in the identification and attainment of personal, relational, vocational and spiritual goals.
With undergraduate and graduate training in philosophy, psychology, religion and linguistics, my approach involves helping others find meaning in life and resolution of their situational concerns.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Ryan Suhr. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with ReGain might be different.
Ryan is an awesome person and has helped me through this experience
Ryan Suhr is so helpful and understanding and has been a major key to my husband and I communicating better and staying together.
I've always felt lost in counseling sessions I don't know what I should talk about or how to handle myself but Ryan has been so encouraging and he truly creates a safe atmosphere where I feel confident enough to share what I need to and I feel heard and understood. I'm so happy to be adding the tools he's given me to my belt, they've been working!
