I am a fully licensed Master Social Worker with over 45 years of experience in the area of all forms of counseling for both youth and adults and for individuals and couples. I am familiar with and use evidence based therapeutic methods including cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, rational emotive therapy and a client centered self esteem strengthening approach to achieving therapeutic goals.
My skills in this area are extensive and varied. I have much experience in this area both personally and professionally. I have a facilitator of many divorce recovery groups over the span of 12 years helping more than 400 people adjust and become stronger as a result of their attendance in these group sessions. Also, I have helped many individuals and couples in their quest to deal with this most stressful issue that relationships bring to the realm of therapy.

Great energy ,very wise, very good match for my first time
Ronald is a very wise and experienced therapist. He has a genuine interest in your wellbeing and will offer practical as well as emotional support for your journey. He is non judgmental and listens with an open mind, and seems to be able to assess all of the factors in a situation, even those that you have not explicitly mentioned because he has so much experience.
Ronald was a great therapist for my partner and me, and he frames things in a very positive manner. He is a great listener, asked us the right questions, got us to talk and think about our relationship in a constructive and loving manner, and offered excellent guidance. We met with him weekly for about 2 months, and he got us to rekindle our affection for one another and guided our relationship out of dangerous waters.

Ronald Moesta was fantastic therapist, he was attentive, kind, patient and understanding. He gave our relationship tools to help resolve our problems more effectively, worksheets to help us reflect on how we felt about each other. Me and my partner have been working with Ronald for approximately one month and the tools that he introduced to us have been most beneficial. My wife and I had recently come back from a drug relapse and we needed to reconnect. We found Ron on Regain (Zoom only) and based on his experience and strongpoints with recovery minded folks, relationship work and all his years helping people we tried him out. We instantly connected with Ronald Moesta and he has not disappointed us at all. He is kind, intelligent and has a keen way of honing in on what areas we need to work on in our relationship. Ronald is very easy to talk to and offers great suggestions and advice. I appreciate that he has pointed out behaviors and patterns that both my partner and I tend to do. Ronald is also proactive in finding worksheets to have us complete when we were having a hard time expressing ourselves at the beginning of therapy. He has helped to facilitate more open communication between my partner and me and in the process of therapy, we have grown closer as a couple and our relationship has improved.
