I am licensed in New Jersey with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, & executive coaching. I also have experience working with professional coaching. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
My main objective with every client is to develop skills that enable positive change. This process starts with collaboration to identify where the client wants to be by the end of the therapeutic relationship to aid in the creation of treatment goals. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
