I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage & Famiky Therapist serving Idaho and Oregon with over 27 years of clinical experience. I enjoy helping clients achieve their goals and improve their lives. My expertise includes relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, stress/anxiety, abuse, PTSD, trauma, and everyday life challenges.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, cognitive processing therapy and narrative therapy.
