About Me

I help couples, as individuals and as a team, who have found that their anxiety, addictions and/or anger is destroying their relationships and ruining their lives. Together we develop healthy and effective coping, problem-solving and communication skills tto improve mental wellness, relationships and increase satisfaction with life.

Using Narrative, various Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt and Client-Center therapy techniques, I help people learn how to tell their unique life-story, which then leads to an acceptance of self and healing of the soul. Together, we identify and accept their personality characteristics, temperament traits, life story, wants and needs. THEN craft new, future-focused stories, plan new adventures and begin the healing process by establishing effective boundaries, taking health risks and building lasting connections.

If you are ready to start the exhilarating yet daunting task of healing, coming to know and accept who you are and what you want from life, then make the all-important decision to connect and start that process now.

Bob made it very easy and natural to talk about things I didn’t expect to talk about and also allowed me to understand other perspectives.
