We have only had 2 sessions so far but I can honestly say I love the sessions. Renee listens to us gives helpful feedback and pushes us to look below the surface of issues to tackle what may be deeper. I love that she gives us homework each week to do and each session that is the first thing she jumps in to to waste no time. I am very confident in her process and can't wait to see the end results.
