About me

Helping Couples Rebuild, Reconnect, and Communicate with Clarity

Relationships are meaningful—and sometimes incredibly hard. When communication breaks down, resentment builds, or trust feels shaky, both partners can end up feeling alone, misunderstood, or stuck. My approach to couples therapy is direct, compassionate, and practical. I help couples understand what’s really happening beneath the arguments and learn healthier ways to communicate, reconnect, and move forward together.

I work with couples at every stage—dating, engaged, married, blended families, or navigating separation—to build understanding, repair emotional wounds, and create stronger foundations. If you’re tired of having the same fights or feeling unheard, I’ll guide you through the tough conversations with structure, support, and honesty.

What You Can Expect in Couples Therapy With Me

✔ Clear, straightforward guidance. I’ll be honest and supportive as we work toward real change.
✔ Practical strategies. You’ll leave sessions with tools you can use at home to improve communication, reduce conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
✔ Balanced support. I don’t take sides—my role is to help each partner feel heard while prioritizing the health of the relationship.
✔ Deeper, meaningful work. We’ll look beyond surface arguments and explore the emotional patterns shaping how you show up with each other.

Common Concerns I Help Couples Navigate

• Communication breakdowns and misunderstandings
• Rebuilding trust after hurt or betrayal
• Emotional and physical intimacy challenges
• Frequent or escalating conflict
• Parenting stress and blended-family dynamics
• Life transitions and external stressors
• Codependency and boundary setting
• Different attachment styles and emotional needs
• Premarital counseling and future planning
• Separation, divorce decisions, and co-parenting support

My Approach

I integrate elements of the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we focus on emotional connection, communication skills, and practical tools that help you truly understand each other—not just stop arguing.

Whether your goal is to strengthen your relationship, heal after rupture, or gain clarity about your next steps, therapy provides a safe and structured space where both partners can feel heard, respected, and supported.

If you’re ready to start rebuilding—or just want to explore whether therapy could help—I’d be honored to work with you.

All relationships are complex and require delicate navigation. But to perceive the covert dynamic within my relationship in such a short time and be able to manage it appropriately demonstrated a level of astuteness that frankly, I was too defended to recognize at the time. the way she handled the situation protected me from further escalation and emotional trauma and I can’t appreciate it enough.

You can trust this person with your tender moments, she will do her best to protect you from further harm, and she will also completely call you on your BS so… Strong recommend

She jumped right in and has been very supportive, even though I’ve only been seeing her for two weeks. I appreciate her candor and level headedness. I’m so glad to have her to help us navigate this hard time.
