About me
I am licensed in Texas and Massachusetts with 16 years of professional work experience. My expertise lies in assisting clients to navigate through stress and anxiety, overcoming addictions, coping with grief and manage mood disorders. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. Embarking on a journey towards a more fulfilling relationship and deeper intimacy requires immense courage and is a major step towards meaningful change. In this journey, my role is to empower and support each person and the relationship you have with each other and help guide you towards the life you envision. My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I borrow from numerous theories and techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Didactic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Reality Therapy, Humor Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Solution Focused-Brief Therapy. By actively listening and understanding each individuals' story I am able to meet you where you are and apply individual treatment specific techniques that quickly meet your treatment goals.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rebecca Smith. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Great therapist, got to the core problem of what was going wrong and helped us figure it out with activities and ways to change some of our habits to become better people in the relationship.
