I am a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 30 thirty years experience in professional counseling both in child/youth and couples/relationship counseling. For the last 10 years I have been a military and family life counselor (MFLC) . Over 90% of the issues I have dealt with during my tenure in this position have been relationship/marriage related issues. The challenges facing a military couple or family are immense and sometimes neither partner is completely ready for them, and the challenges they bring. Whether is the deployments, the moving, the housing shortage, the environment, being a military family is not easy to say the least and the need to just talk is immense and so that is what I do. I have learned as much from them as they have from me. So, I bring to the table, experience, a counseling style in CCT or client centered therapy, and a willingness to go that extra mile with you.

While I've spoken with a few different therapists (inside and outside of Regain), Raymond is one of my favorites. He is very personable, and has a lot of experience to draw from. Being in Alaska usually means that our experience is different than what others are used to, so it means a lot that he understands that side of our lives and how it impacts us as individuals and as a couple.
Raymond listens well and helps us understand our interactions better so that we can better our communication. He knows well how to interact with us and with our problems. Kind, and knowledgable. We are very happy that we get to meet with him!
