Couple Counselling / Pre-Marital Counselling:
Relationship always changes over time and rarely stay the same over any length of time. Relationship counselling offers the opportunity to explore relationship difficulties in a safe and supportive setting. I would ensure each person's perspective is heard and facilitate exploration and understanding of current difficulties as well as considering the context and history of where they may have originated. I also offer pre-marital counselling for couples that will benefit them in the long run.
I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other.
I can also provide support with parenting issues, conflict with parenting how to work as a team.
