I am a Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist with earned Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with the emphasis in Forensic and Addictive Behavior. I have earned a specialized mental health certification with the National Commission of Correctional Health Care that is dedicated to improving the quality of correctional health services and helping correctional facilities provide effective and efficient care. I am also an active consultant for mental health services in the incarcerated setting. Through the use of existential and solution focused therapy, I have counseled many couples in various stages in their relationship. My direct unbias approach to counseling couples makes both partners in the session feel understood, at ease and ready to embrace the needed changes. I am also a Licensed Minister traveling nationally and internationally to empower and equip people of faith through the integration of psychology and Theology. I am a published Author of two books, The Chair at the End of the Table, about the 7 developmental stages & emotional impasses of divorce grief and, my most recent publication, Fight, Flight and Freeze about the foundation and function of fear. The book also speaks to the faulty ways we deal with fear and how to overcome fear’s paralyzing effects. Both books are available on Amazon Kindle Books.

She is very helpful! You just need to really want therapy for it to work.
Rachelle has met all of our needs for the help we have been looking for in our relationship. My partner and I talk about how glad we are for our next meetings and information that is provided for us.
It’s not unusual for me to like my therapists, but it’s exceedingly rare for me to love them like Rachelle. While my partner and I have only attended a couple of sessions, but it’s clear that she stands.
Rachelle is a truly gifted therapist.
Rachelle does a wonderful job on making me feel comfortable and happy. I really like our sessions. Thank you, Rachelle!
Rachelle is great. My wife and I appreciate the fresh ways she approaches our issues. Very thankful for her support.
Very astute, tough but kind with a sense of humor that is greatly appreciated. Rachelle is compassionate yet holds us accountable to the hard work that we must do for success in our relationship. She I very knowledgeable and what she has shown us has been very illuminating for me. I understand my own temperament better, which is raising my awareness which is allowing me to slowly change my behavior.
She’s the best and a true blessing in our lives!
