I appreciate Rachel’s patience and expertise. She has a real talent and skill for listening and guiding you to look inward to help problem-solve/brainstorm toward a resolution. She offered worksheets and information very relevant to my situation and prompts and exercises to practice the skills she saw would be helpful in moving forward and letting go.

I’ve spent so long avoiding therapy because of the stigma as well as the cost associated with it. I feel like I’m finally starting to understand who I am and what I deserve.
