About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with over 20 years of experience working as a therapist, marriage counselor, and life coach. I have worked with couples with a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, infidelity, coping with a child with special needs, blending families, family planning, intimacy issues, parenting problems, and physical and emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. My clients are the experts' of their life experiences, so I work hard to listen to their needs and meet them just where they are. Together we work to overcome their challenges. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. I tailor our dialog and treatment goals to meet their unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to ask for help so I applaud you for taking this first step. Please know that I am here to support you and your partner and empower you both to move towards a more fulfilling and happier life together.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Rachel has been so instrumental to our relationship. She has helped us to communicate better, love each other better, and meet our children where they are. We are better spouses and parents because of Rachel.
We always look forward to our sessions, even when we’re not excited about what we need to discuss. Rachel is awesome at respecting our boundaries and we always come out feeling glad we spoke with her.
We’re only a few sessions in, but so far my partner and I are both very happy with our experience with Rachel. She’s been really supportive and encouraging.
I had concerns about feeling uncomfortable talking about personal issues but she was very easy to talk to pretty much immediately.
