I am licensed in Texas with 24 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. PC is very patient and understanding. She has a lot of great examples to reference when explaining a solution or coping method. She’s very good at checking in and bringing out the best in you, motivating you to change a little at a time, and digging deeper into the cause of issues, along with ways to handle them. She’s an incredibly compassionate listener. She’s been more than helpful and I feel a lot better than I did before meeting with her regularly!
