Being in a relationship can be one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences one can have. It can also be one of the most frustrating and hurtful, even if one’s intentions are good. Having respect and building more loving connections is sometimes easier said than done when a couple gets locked into patterns that make being together unrewarding and painful. As a clinician, I will offer guidance and help identify practical choices about how to respect and normalize each others’ differences, to improve communication and understand each other, and how to fight fairly. Part of; this process may include forgiveness and acceptance, as well as setting boundaries, all of which can be freeing and healing for an individual in a relationship as well as for the relationship itself.

Pam was a very thoughtful and considerate therapist. She definitely has valuable recommendations and insight that helped guide us!
Fantastic therapist very understanding and open and a great listener
The best therapist I've had also a good counselor for relationships!
Pamela has been amazing! She really listens to me and my husband and has helped us find middle ground for us to both speak honesty and connect. She has a very calming and caring persona, and I felt very comfortable talking to her. Very thankful for her help!
She's been patient and has a lot of insight on what she has to offer me and my partner. She sees it from an unbiased view which helps. She makes my partner comfortable as well & he's not a huge talker.
Great counselor, attentive and experienced.
