Hello and thank you for considering me to assist you with your marital connection. I am optimistic in the value of marital therapy, because I have seen many couples heal from the most difficult marital challenges and move forward feeling renewed and restored.
With nearly 15 years of providing therapy, I have come to appreciate the resolve in couples who seek marital therapy. Individual therapy requires developing a strong connection to one's personal integrity. However, in marital therapy the couple seeks to develop insight into themselves while supporting their loved one to do the same. This requires a strength and courage to be vulnerable in the relationship, creating a connection like no other.
I completed the Master's in Social Work program with a minor in Alcohol and Other Drugs. Within about two years of graduating, I became clinically licensed in New Mexico and the next year in Texas. Much of my work time has been with military families. This clinical experience exposed me to working with many people from all over the world with a variety of cultural backgrounds. I have worked with couples who were experiencing the most difficult marital challenges such as domestic violence, infidelity, and other betrayal traumas. Approaches in treatment are a combination of strengths-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, relationship dynamic approaches, Gottman method couples therapy, communication skills, healthy relationship dynamics, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, and more. Applying a variety of approaches in treatment are necessary because no therapy is suitable for how dynamic we are as human beings.
Therefore, the goal of treatment is to help couples feel safe to explore their own insights, understand their partner's perspectives, and learn about relational patterns. This will allow the couple to integrate these aspects harmoniously. This can bring a sense of renewal in the marriage.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Ona Paskadi . We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
She is absolutely wonderful! She has helped us so much. We learned how to communicate because of her. My husband and I are so comfortable with her. She is great!
I have only had one session so I only have first impressions at this point
