I am a licensed Profession Counselor (LPC) licensed in the State of Texas. I have 20+ professional work experience in the field of mental health and addiction counseling. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, addiction, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
I am a companionate, non-judgmental therapist. I work collaboratively with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
