I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Christian Counselor in the State of Texas, I have over twenty years of experience working with couples with relationship issues. I have helped couples work through difficult times in their relationship to address trust issues, infidelity, self-esteem, money management, communication and parenting. I work with clients who deal with culture differences, extended family and how to set boundaries. My relationship focused couples counseling is based on developing healthy relationship techniques that include forgiveness, helping couples find their place, and applying positive motivation that help their relationship. In this case, the relationship is my client, not the individual. Together, the couples work with me to treat the relationship that is so important to them.

Nathan has helped us in so many ways. He is insightful and attentive.
Great therapist. Understanding.
Nathan Kortu has helped us tackle issues within our first counseling session. We just finished our 3rd session with him and it always feels like a weight has been lifted off of our shoulders. My husband and I get to address things in a great environment. Mr. Kortu provides us with tools that we can use in between sessions and he makes our sessions feel lighthearted. We laugh and truly enjoy our time with him.
My wife and I have only had two sessions with Mr. Kortu, but his work with us has been very helpful, and I feel optimistic about our future sessions. He’s given us great tools worth which to communicate with one another and helped us find a healthier, more constructive way to talk to each other.
