I see regular therapist and it is helpful to me. This is my first exposure to couples therapy and I'm still adjusting. The relationship I am in is under a year and it's important, I'm still learning what makes us tick as a couple. I have concerns over my partners baggage from previous relationships and sitting together to talk with Natalia seems to be helpful. I'm not saying I don't need work, we can all use a neutral party to chat with and doing it over a video call seems appropriate at the moment.
