I am a licensed North Carolina Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with career difficulties & executive and professional coaching. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I have had several years of therapy myself, so I understand the hard work that is required to be successful in therapy. I am there to help you through that process.

We have only had two sessions with Nancy, and already we have noticed more peace in our household, simply from enacting some of the tools and suggestions she provided. Let’s face it. No one is excited to go to counseling. However, as she gets to know us as a couple, I find myself looking forward to our next session, because I know we will leave stronger than we arrived. Even the strongest bonds need hard work to remain that way. I am grateful that we found Nancy, so that we can figure out how to properly do the work! She has a lot of expertise, that spans across many different fields.
