About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in helping to manage stress or anxiety. I work with adults, children, and/or families/couples.

I help by implementing an empathic view when I am with others so that I can more clearly understand what each person has been experiencing.

In our first few sessions, you can expect us to discuss the main goals you would like to achieve throughout counseling. We will discover together some ways in which you can persevere and thrive. I am passionate about this work, because I love helping others learn more about how they can succeed not only for themselves, but also for those they care about.
