I am licensed in California (one year) with over 20 years of counseling experience in hospitals, K-12, military bases, university counseling centers and with athletes, teams and patients with disabilities. I have a background in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, motivation, self-esteem, racial discrimination, confidence and career difficulties. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I will try my best to help you in your journey.
