My experience includes years of practice with couples, parents and families . My approach is eclectic , borrowing perspective from cognitive behavioral therapy, DPT, solution focused family narrative . I strive to work mindfully with a focus on that is person-focused and addresses conflict resolution.
I have experience providing psycho-education and other resources to support divorcing parents, family violence and partner and parent/child conflicts.
