About me

Relationships are hard.
Especially when neurodivergence, unspoken hurts, or repeated misunderstandings get in the way.

Maybe you're stuck in the same arguments.
Maybe one of you shuts down while the other feels abandoned.
Maybe you love each other, but it feels like you're speaking different languages.
You're not alone — and it doesn't have to stay this way.

About Me
I'm a UK-based counsellor with a background in psychotherapy and coaching. I specialise in working with neurodivergent individuals and couples — particularly where ADHD, AuDHD, or burnout are in the mix. Many of my clients struggle to express emotional needs, manage conflict without escalation, or stay open when things get vulnerable.

Before training in mental health, I spent 30 years in corporate IT — constantly masking, burning out, and holding it together while silently falling apart. That lived experience helps me support clients who feel unseen, unheard, or worn thin from trying so hard to make things work.

How I Work
My style is warm, grounded, and honest. I won’t sit back nodding while you both drown.
I also won’t take sides. I’ll help you slow things down, untangle what’s really going on, and build a way forward that feels possible for both of you.

We'll draw on a mix of therapeutic and coaching tools, including:

Emotion-focused strategies to rebuild connection

Conflict de-escalation (especially for ND/NT and ND/ND couples)

Attachment-informed insight into shutdown, avoidance, and RSD

Clear, respectful ways to name your needs and hear each other

What Clients Say
“You helped us say the things we were too scared to say.”
“I finally felt understood — and that changed everything.”
“You helped us find each other again.”

My Focus Areas

Neurodivergent relationships (ADHD, autism, PDA)

Emotional distance, avoidance, and unavailability

Chronic resentment, burnout, and communication breakdown

Supporting ND men and their partners through unmasking and intimacy repair

Rebuilding trust after betrayal or past trauma

If you're both willing to be real — even when it's messy — I can help you rebuild the bridge between you. Or, if that’s no longer possible, make sense of what happened with clarity and care.
